Well...it's still hot. It IS August so I guess that makes sense 😑 but we all know how I feel about this kind of weather. More importantly, how I don't "cook" in this kind of weather. You'd think this would present a problem to someone who cooks for a living but nope! As we say in our household, it's all about the "snacky snacky big time" these days. Creamy garlic herb cheese dip anyone??
To clarify, snacky snacky big time is where you just eat ALL your favorite snacks and ALL the cheeseboard goodies for a meal. Or several meals. Or every meal.
It's hands down the best, and this creamy garlic herb cheese dip is a fantastic addition if I do say so myself.
How to Make Creamy Garlic Herb Cheese Dip
5 minutes, literally no prep. Just throw the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth. That's all there is to it!
My favorite part? Serve it with WHATEVER you want. Pita chips, potato chips, crackers, a baguette, on a sandwich, spread on a cheeseburger, a dip for fries...the possibilities are endless!
